I WANT TO CHANGE THE NUMBER/ADDRESS OF MY CURRENT ORDER
You can modify the shipping address/phone number of your order only before we have processed (packed) it, by updating it under 'change address' option which is available under ‘My order’ section of Website.
WHAT DO I DO IN CASE OF FAILED DELIVERY
In case of a Failed Delivery, we would try to deliver the product the following day/day of your preference. The product will be returned to the site of origin after 2 attempts.

RETURNS REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Kindly reach out to us for pilferage/damaged/wrong product within 24 hours of delivery failing which the claim will not be entertained. The refund for prepaid/Cash on delivery orders or exchange of product, will be done after the investigation.
TRACK RETURN STATUS
Currently, we pick up products only from selected PIN Codes. If your area pin code is serviceable, you will be able to select the pickup option when you create a Return Request on Website/M-site. We will pick up the return within 4 - 7 days from the request placement date. Please keep the return shipment ready. You will have to self-ship the products if the area is not serviceable or if there are more than 2 failed pick up attempts.
I MADE AN ONLINE PAYMENT AND DUE TO NETWORK ISSUES MY ORDER DIDN'T GET PLACED BUT MY MONEY HAS BEEN DEBITED
If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.
WILL SHIPPING CHARGES BE REFUNDED IF I CANCEL
If the order has been shipped then the shipping charges will not be refunded. If it hasn't been shipped then it will be refunded.
CAN I CANCEL AFTER AN ORDER IS SHIPPED
You can cancel your order before it has been packed at our warehouse. If your order has already been shipped, you can refuse it at the time of delivery and refund will be processed into the source account, if order amount was paid online.
